Delivery

UC Blinds

Delivery is currently 2/3 weeks due to a high volume of orders.  Delivery is normally 5-10 working days from date of order.

All orders are subject to approximate lead times. We endeavour to work to a standard, which on occasion may vary.  However, we will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from late delivery.  Nor will such circumstances provide a basis for cancellation of your order or a reduction in cost.  We will make every effort to ensure customers are notified of out of stock products in a timely manner.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery Charges

Delivery is £9.95 on all UK mainland made to measure window blinds.

UK Mainland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands

If there is no answer from the receiver on the first attempted delivery, a card will be left.  Do not worry, the carrier will attempt to deliver the following day.  Delivery will be attempted three times with a calling card left each time.  After this, goods will be returned to sender.  Delivery conditions apply.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all goods at the time of delivery.  In addition, inspection should also cover product quality.  We must be notified within 4 days from receipt of goods of any shortages, damage or non conformance to order.  Our products are well packed to avoid damage.  However, If you find the parcel is damaged on arrival, then please mark it as “damaged” when you sign the courier’s delivery note.  Refusal of delivery for any reason must be notified to us immediately.  If the courier is unable to deliver due to a customer failing, the customer will be liable for carriage cost if re-dispatch is required.
